New exhibition running from December 15th to February 11th.
On display at Palazzetto Tito are around thirty works created since the end of the eighties, from new works that have been created site-specifically for the phonation spaces and performances imagined for the lagoon city.
Beginning with the artist’s free and nonconformist approach, the exhibition explores the breadth of Morbin’s fields of research, whose practice ranges from performance to works of an object-oriented nature. The exhibition highlights the changes and unraveling of the fabric of the ordinary through works such as Materia cedevole al tatto, which records the plastic modification of the artist’s body following an accident, or After Szeemann, a vacuum cleaner that was used in the studio of the famous Swiss curator often mistaken by the public as an object abandoned in the exhibition space.
